MARTINO RATTAN CV

Originally the bussiness started in 1968 with the name Cirebon Rattan. It is a family owned bussiness run by the big family that has tradition to produce and sell rattan furniture as a basic trade. At that time, it is the first manufacturer of rattan furniture and supply goods for exporters in Jakarta and gradually started to export by themself and to be the only one exporter of rattan furniture in Cirebon. It change by the name CV. Martino Rattan Industry in 1990 after the founder of Cirebon Rattan who is the father of the owner of CV. Martino passed away. Cv. Martino is now located in Tegalwangi Cirebon, the central of hand made rattan furniture product and owned by Mr. Sumarno, the older son who is also known as a sucessful entrepreneur in Cirebon. At the beginning of its establisment operated in 3 factory then 2 of 3 factory have been rented by the owner, and CV. Martino at the present operate in 1 factory with production capacity around 30 x 40' each month and has expericed a best achievement in early 1994 by exporting 50 container each month. The products include the old and modern design of rattan and wood and recently produce furniture using plastic for wicker work and the frame made from aluminum with good quality and reasonable price.
